My cousin’s wedding

Posted by year2 on January 3, 2010

On Thursday 17th December we travelled down to Ware for my cousin Susanna’s wedding. We stayed in a Travelodge for one night and had our dinner at Little Chef. I had spaghetti bolognese and for pudding apple pie. When we woke up the next day all the electricity had gone out because of all the snow, so we had to dig the car out and go straight to Fanham’s Hall hotel to get ready.
When I got ready we went to have a drink before the wedding began. I was wearing a black dress with sequins on it and a bow. When the wedding began we all went upstairs into a room ready for the bride. When Susanna came in with her Dad, we all stood up and watched her and James get married.

It looks like you had a great time. You all look very smart in your wedding clothes! I’m glad you managed to get the car out of the snow too – I bet it was hard work. Well done for posting photos as well as text. I know it’s fiddly, and you did a really good job. I removed your name from the post just to be extra safe – it’s a good idea not to use your name if there are photos of yourself so that people can’t work out who you are.

Thank you for your safety check – she was very keen to upload photos and talked me through how to do it. I was impressed!
The blog is clearly a hit, as it has been talked about all Christmas.
Happy New Year to you, hope Christmas was great.
