We looked at the work of Pablo Picasso on Friday and thought about what linked him with the other famous people we have learned about. What can you remember? Can you tell the story of this painting? Once you have left a comment about this painting, why not have a go at using this fun activity? Can you create your own cubist style picture?

This week in art we have been looking at the work of William Morris. He took his inspiration from natural forms, shapes and colours. What can you find out about William Morris on the internet or using books? Leave what you find out as a comment here.

Well wonder no more! Here is a picture Jonah has been working really hard on. It is part of our art topic “Can Buildings Speak” where we look at buildings from around the world and think about how they make us feel. We would love to see links to pictures of interesting buildings as comments!

Jane Ray, the famous illustrator who did the pictures in many of our favourite books including this beautiful version of Hansel and Gretel has posted comments about the designs for our Hansel and Gretel.
